Born on April 24, 1956, in Salem, he was the cherished son of the late Paul and Dora Beabout Moffit.
Terry made a significant impact during his time at Elco Corporation and was a loving father to his children: Todd, Robyn, Robert, and Terry Lee "TJ" Beabout Jr. His warmth will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, including Ashley, Brayden, Daniel,Trenton (Shannon Young), Braxton, Cate, and Gavin. His family also includes daughters-in-law Ladawn Whitman (JT) and Summer Bailey, as well as siblings Nicolas, Dominic, and Gregory, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Debra Gilbert, sister Donna Phillips, and brothers Ricky Beabout and Samuel Stacey.
Terry's spirit will live on in the hearts of those he loved.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Second Baptist Church, 1091 Pennsylvania Ave East Liverpool, OH., at 2:00PM, Food and fellowship will follow directly after.
He is in the compassionate care of Arner Funeral Chapel.
