Jill Bain Cain

Jill Bain Cain entered to rest in heaven on May 16, 2025. She suffered greatly these last two years, and her body and mind are now whole and at peace. She leaves behind family and dear friends who love and will miss her, but what a welcome she received on the other side. Jill was born in Covington and graduated from Beechwood High School. She later met and married Dwayne Cain, and they were blessed with Tonya and Steven. Jill made several longtime friends she treasured, had a successful career at CitiBank, and she loved spending time at the horse barn. Nobody did Saint Patrick's Day like Jill and her family-not even Saint Patrick himself! But she really shined around her grandbabies. They were the absolute joy of her heart, and she lit up when she talked about them. She was born to be a Gigi. Jill loved big-she did everything big. From her laugh to her hugs to her stories, she grabbed life with both hands for as long as she could. Her family was her world, and she would defend them with everything she had. She was a Mama Bear, a Gigi Bear, a Sister Bear, a Daughter Bear, and a Friend Bear. Warm and strong, sometimes snuggly-sometimes fierce, but always there when you needed her. Awaiting Jill in heaven are her parents, Neil and Patricia Bain, and her husband, Dwayne. She is survived by her children, Tonya and Steven; her sister Paula (Rick) Meyers; her brother Mark; her grandbabies, Cohen, Shawn, Aria, and Ella; and the most wonderful group of friends who were family to her. May we all live life as fully as she did. A Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, from 12:00 P.M. until the Funeral Service at 1:00 P.M. at Serenity Funeral Care, 40 West 6th Street, Covington, KY 41011.
