Jim Calvin "J.C." Killian, age 69, of Morrilton, AR, passed away on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024.
He was born on December 16, 1954, in Shreveport, LA, the son of Paul and Sue Killian. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Beverly Carol Varner Killian, and his brother, Thomas Eugene Tyson.
J.C. married Beverly on June 24, 1973, and they spent 42 wonderful years together. Some of the things that interested him were hunting, fishing, guns, baseball, and racing cars. He was such a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his sons, Joshua Eugene Killian and spouse Faith Lynn Killian of Arkadelphia; his daughters, Misty Carol Killian Waitkus and spouse Kyle Wayne Waitkus of Morrilton, Angela Diane Killian Pittman and spouse Steven Loyd Pittman of Alpine; Grandchildren, Calvin and Carter Killian, Amy Hickman, Logan Spence, Elizabeth Westmoreland, Ashley Pittman, and Nick and Alex Waitkus; Great-Grandchildren, Aiden Spence, Oliver Hickman, Calliope Hickman, Makenna Parker, Emily Parker, Evangeline Westmoreland, and Lily Spence; sister-in-law, Sherry Tyson; sisters, Wanda Killian Welch and spouse Kermit Welch, Suzanne Killian Sharpley and spouse Clinton Sharpley, along with many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Pallbearers will be Spencer Wilder, Chad Jones, Frank Ruiz, Robby Redleaf, Patrick Redleaf, and Jonathan Long.
Honorary Pallbearers are Mike Webb, Henry Killian, Joey Varner, and Jonny Long.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 p.m. at Smith Family Funeral Home- Glenwood.
Graveside service will take place on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Coker Cemetery in Amity.
