Joan Duritsky passed away on October 9, 2024, in Toledo. She was born January 29, 1933, to Chester and Stephanie Krolak. She lived a long, fulfilling life of love for her family, friends and career.
Busia (Polish for grandma) leaves behind her daughter, Bonnie and daughter-in-law, Annie; two grandchildren, Bane and Olivia; and several grandpets, all of whom she doted on.
Joan was easy to love and fall in love with. She gave of herself freely and joyfully to those in need and welcomed them into her circle.
Friends and family may visit on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 W. Sylvania Ave. from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 10.30am at Christ the King Church, 4100 Harvest Ln. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
In lieu of a donation, please do something special with someone you love. Busia says so.
