Joan Ouellette Obituary

Joan retired from the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance in Albany. She was a loving wife and very devoted to her children and grandchildren. She was the center of their universe. Joan will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of love, kindness and strength will live on through her children and grandchildren.
Joan is survived by her husband Rosaire, her three children Bill (Carol), Theresa (Lanny) and Norma (Bob), five grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
A private service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Joan may be made to the Saratoga County Animal Shelter, 6010 County Farm Road, Ballston Spa, NY 12020.
