Joan was my Cheerleader. After having 3 years of health conditions she always smiled and encouraged me. I loved Joan and Bill they were the first to wish me a Happy Birthday each year. She is with him now, very loving happy couple who are missed by all. Billie Hester

Joanie Joan! How wonderful it is that you are now reunited with your beloved Bill, your parents and your sister, all
of whom you talked about regularly and I know you missed them dearly. I am sad I will no longer be able share space with you and hear your stories, told in a way only you could, with full animation BUT in my heart I feel EVERLASTING JOY for you. I pray you knew the impact you had on me and so many people that came through those credit union doors. You truly were a loving, hilarious and generous soul. You told it like it was and cared about the impact your words or actions had on others. You made a difference in my life ... our work road trips and adventures including rotten pumpkins in the lobby and taking over the bakery department at Publix and our lunch convos are forever treasured. Thank you for showing me kindness and love from the day I met you in the lobby at MedCom Federal Credit Union now MembersFirst, for my interview till the last time I saw you. You Will forever be treasured Joan! You finally get to meet my dad - I think you´ll have great convos in heaven. Sleep in sweet peace. You have earned your eternal rest in His arms.
