Joan "JoAnn" LeBlanc Vincent, long-time resident of Columbia, SC, died August 17 at age 92.

JoAnn was born in Lakeburn, New Brunswick, Canada, on March 9, 1933 and is one of eight children of Ernest and Clara LeBlanc. She married Riveus J. Vincent on April 12, 1955 and was married to him for 59 years until he preceded her in death in 2014.

She is survived by two children, Dennis Vincent and his long-time partner Sandra Kupres, of Columbia, SC, and Theresa Sloman and her husband Todd, of Johns Creek, GA. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Brenda Johnson of Columbia, SC.

JoAnn is also survived by six grandchildren who all brought her great joy - Nancy Johnson of Las Vegas, NV, Matthew Vincent and wife Alexis of Columbia, SC, Kenneth Vincent and wife Jasmine of Columbia, SC, Alex Sloman of Duluth, GA, Sara Sloman of Atlanta, GA, and Lucas Sloman of Vicksburg, MS. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren - Brandon Johnson of Columbia, SC and Max Sloman of Johns Creek, GA.

Her five great-grandchildren were extra special to her - Anthony Johnson of Las Vegas, NV, Aiden Vincent, Maileigh Vincent, Christopher Vincent, and Isaiah Vincent - all of Columbia, SC.

JoAnn's family was her passion and all family members will cherish their fond memories of her.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Brigid Catholic Church in Johns Creek, GA on Wednesday, August 27 at 11:00 AM with a reception to follow. Interment will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Columbia, SC on Friday, August 29th at 11:00 AM.
