JoAnn is survived by her devoted husband, John G. Clough; loving daughters, Tina Woods and Melissa Stone (Andrew Stone); cherished grandchildren, Garrett Woods and Emily Woods (Christopher Halsey); and her dear siblings, Tammy Whitney, Ruth Dix (Raymond Dix), John Whitney (Terry Whitney), Sharon Sunstrom (David Sunstrom) and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Per the request of JoAnn's family, services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Project Linus in her name.
