Born in Jackson, Michigan, Joanne was the daughter of the late Eric John and Emma Louise Sercombe Hedin. She was a devoted caregiver and served many families over the years.
Survivors include her daughters, Jacquane Marie Cannon, Andra Lind Anderson-Kolodziej, and Lisa F. Johnson; son, John Alvin Edward Anderson; brothers, Paul W. and Jerry Hedin; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers Eric J., Carl L., William, and George Hedin.
The family will receive friends Sunday, January 2nd from 2:00-3:00 pm at Sullivan-King Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels Anderson, 105 S. Fant Street, Anderson, SC 29624.
