Joanne Barnhart Obituary

Born on January 7, 1941, in Moundsville, WV., she was the daughter of the late Orville and Letha Cunningham Dunlap.
Joanne was also preceded in death by her sons, Mike and Rickey Barnhart, sisters, Sandy Campbell, Margaret Blake, and Nila Dunlap, and brother, David Dunlap.
She dedicated many years to working as a nurses aide at East Liverpool Extended Care and was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Joanne will be deeply missed by her children, Tim Barnhart of Chester, Richard Barnhart and his wife, Kim, of Maryland, and Sandra Barnhart of Chester; brother, Orville Dunlap; sister, Betty Cox; grandchildren, Letha Phillips, Jason (Liz), Madison, Megan, Morgan, Michael, Travis, Trevor Barnhart; and great-grandchildren, Katie, Brian, Tucker, and Braelynn.
Pastor Dirk Hall will celebrate Joannes life Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Noon at the Arner Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit with her family two hours prior to the service from 10 a.m. to noon.
