My name is D.C.Alvarado. Joe and I used to worked with Southern Pacific Railroad, Englewood Yard for many years. Joe was a cool guy with nice smile and very friendly words. After the merger with Southern Pacific Railroad and Union Pacific Railroad in mid 1990s, I moved to Laredo,Texas in 1997. Lost contact with him not never forgotten. May he rest in peace with his Maker.
