Joe Meadows Obituary
Joe G. Meadows, age 86 of West Alexandria, OH passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents: Grant and Fannie (Holcomb) Meadows, and siblings: Herman, Mary, Grant Jr., Gene, Berdina, Faye, Effie and Taulbey. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Madonna (Dondi) Meadows, his children: Joseph (Gail) Meadows, Jenny (Jordan) Tudor, Amy (David) Clopper and special niece and nephew Jared Fread and Jana Fread-Sterkenburg. He also leaves behind grandchildren: Teddy and Alex Meadows; Chloe, Katie and Elliot Clopper; Baby Girl Tudor and numerous nieces and nephews. Joe worked at McCall Printing/Dayton Press and later owned Joe’s Tree Service. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 11:00 am at the Gard Funeral Home, 67 W. Dayton Street, West Alexandria, OH. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, 643 OH 503, West Alexandria, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The National Kidney Foundation at “give.kidneyfund.org” in Joe’s name.
