John B. Alexander, age 62, passed away peacefully at his residence after a long, hard fought battle with cancer on Saturday, January 18, 2025 with his loving wife by his side. He was born on February 9, 1962 in Erie, a son of the late Richard and Donna Marie (Denning) Alexander.

John was an accomplished martial artist, winning many awards in the disciplines of Karate, Taekwondo, and Kickboxing. He was a runner up contender for Team USA Karate.

He loved spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and riding his Harley with his wife and his brothers and sisters of the Teamsters Horsemen Motorcycle Association, Chapter 40 NW.

He is survived by his loving of wife of 29 years, Anna Falletta; his children, Alicia DiBello (Josh), Anthony Falletta (Johnnie Jordan), Kelsey Cornwell (Zach), and Ricky Boga; his brothers, Richard Alexander (Sandra), Mark Alexander (Colleen), and Kirk Alexander (Karen); his sister, Stacey Maggio; his grandchildren, Jade, Chloe, and Lilla Jordan, Wyatt and Charlie Cornwell, and Jason Burr, Jr., "Dude", whom he had a special relationship with.

John's family would like to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" to Emily from LECOM VNA Hospice for the exceptional care she provided.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, 2122 Raspberry Street on Friday, January 24, from 3 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service there at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
