John Baltzly Obituary

John proudly served his country in the United States Army Reserves. His commitment to service extended beyond his military duties; he was a pillar of strength and support for those who knew him. Recently John celebrated an accomplished 27 years of sobriety, a testament to his resilience and determination.
John was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Ima Baltzly. He is survived by his brothers James (Nancy) and Robert (Suzanne) Baltzly, sister Elaine (Harold) Fahrni, friends Andy, Denny, Jimmy, and Sam, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on October 10, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Reed Funeral Home in North Canton at 801 Pittsburg Ave NW. Prior to the service, calling hours and visitation will take place beginning at 10:30 AM. Interment at Warstler Cemetery.
