Born in Batavia, on June 26, 1943 John lived a remarkable life, marked by his commitment to family, community, and country.

John graduated from Notre Dame High School in Batavia and went on to serve with distinction in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1966. After his honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force, John returned to home and began his career at Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, New York, where he worked in stock control until his retirement. Not one to rest, he continued to contribute to his community by working at The Manor House in Batavia following his retirement from Kodak.
