John and I lived in Dolan Hall at IWU. He was always so kind and soft-spoken with a good sense of humor. Although we've had no contact since college, I'm sad to hear of his death. He was someone I was always glad to see and interact with and I'm sure he has been a blessing to others. My prayers are with all of you who are grieving his loss.

John was so kind and loving. We've known each other since grade school.
John was good friends with my husband as well. He was a groomsman in our wedding. John loved and cared about people. John was so genuine.
