In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by a sister, Maleah Deaton; brother, Keith Bumgardner; and furbaby, Tank.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 30 years, Rose Marie Brewington Bumgardner; daughter, Teresa Bumgardner Anderson (Jessy); 3 stepchildren, Roxanne Maynor, Brian Maynor, Billy Elmore (Kimberly); grandchildren, Jessy Jr, Brandon, Jessica, John, Alexa, Kyle, Brayan Sloan; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Gene Bumgardner; and sister, Tonda Keller.
Scott's memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Eastwind United Pentecostal Church with Bill Deaton officiating.
