Paul is preceded in death by his father, Hubert Melvin Bumgardner; mother, Betty Ruth Turner Bumgardner; brothers, James Michael and Steven Ray Bumgardner; and sister, Elizabeth Arlene Bumgardner Anthony.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda L Robinson Bumgardner; sons; Joshua Cory Bumgardner (Holly Ann) and James Adam Wallace; daughter, Melissa Brooke Bumgardner France (Kenneth Lee); brothers, Harry Dewayne and David Lynn Bumgardner; sister, Brenda Anelle Bumgardner Smallen and grandchildren, Breanna, Tori, Hunter and Reagan.
Family will receive friends Monday, July 28, 2025 at Bridges Funeral Home from 5:00 – 7:00 PM with the service following at 7:00 PM with Pastor David Lynn Bumgardner officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 AM on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 to proceed to Beech Springs Cemetery in Kodak for an 11:00 AM graveside service. Pallbearers Cory Bumgardner, Adam Wallace, Hunter France, Reagan France, Kenneth France, and Nick Kirkman.
