John Allen Eichhorn, age 82, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024 at AdventHealth East Orlando Hospital. 

He was born on January 24, 1942 in Youngstown, OH; son to his late parents, John Alfred and Winona Caroline (Buchan) Eichhorn. On December 20, 1966, he married the former Anita Louise Renner. John retired from the United States Navy after 30 years as a Command Master Chief. 

In addition to his wife of 58 years, Anita Louise Eichhorn, of Enon Valley, PA, John is survived by his two sons, Jesse James Eichhorn and John Wayne Eichhorn and his wife, Catherine; a grandson, Hayden James Eichhorn and his fiancé Tiffany Maria Gagliano; a sister, Jean Agnes Eichhorn Gerdes; three brothers, Craig Killian Eichhorn, Donald Keith Eichhorn, and Rodney James Eichhorn; and many nieces & nephews. 

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando with Mario Gallione and Retired Rear Admiral Edward Masso officiating beginning with military honors rendered by the United States Navy Honor Guard and Post 4287 of the VFW, where John was a member, at 11:00 am, followed by a prayer and memorial service.

A viewing and visitation with the family will take place on Thursday, August 29 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
