John was a graduate of North Side High School in Fort Wayne. He worked as an auto mechanic and was the proud owner of Taz's Auto Repair.
John had a lifelong love for motorcycles and a remarkable talent for fixing just about anything. Known for his creativity, he could make something out of nothing and was always willing to lend a helping hand. John was the kind of man who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need - a good guy to have on your side.
He is survived by his nephew, Aaron Miller of Fort Wayne; and close friends, Raymond Prater and Kristian Martin, both of Fort Wayne, and many other good friends.
Private services will be held.

Deeply saddened by the loss of such a kind man. Taz was a great friend to my dad, Todd. We will miss him dearly.

Many of us knew him as Taz he was very helpful in repairing cars and he didn´t know a stranger he would talk to anyone and he also knew if you were joking with him Taz you may be gone but everytime I passed your house from 69 I would always shout hi Taz
