John Hester Obituary
John was born on November 10, 1946 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Abe and Geneva Hester. He married Sue Atkins on August 25, 1967 in Wichita Falls, Texas. After his second tour in Veitenam as a Sgt in the Marine Corps, John and Sue returned to Wichita Falls with and additional member of the family, their daughter Kim. John spent many years selling dental supplies and designing dental offices. In 1985 he established Hester Insurance Marketing Services. Where he was an insurance agent until he retired in 2014.
John enjoyed going on family and friend vacations. His fondest memory was when they would go to Colorado to the family cabin. He also loved to read every historical marker along the way.
He is preceded in death by his parents Abe and Geneva Hester.
Survivors include his wife Sue Hester and daughter Kim Brown. His two sisters Carol Ann Pruitt and Gay Vogler, Three grandaughters. Amanda Vines, Katlyn Giger and Mckenzie Giger and a Great Grandson Tucker Vines. Also the many cousins, nieces, and nephews that he cared deeply for.

We are sending our love and prayers to Sue and John's entire family. He was a loving, kind, caring man, with a wonderful sense of humor. He will be sorely missed. God bless you all.
