John Hladik Obituary

Born on April 8, 1938, in Johnstown, NY, he was the son of the late John and Anna (Maderic) Hladik.
He married his loving wife, Jeanne (Pelosi) Hladik on June 28, 1958, who survives.
John was a Johnstown High School graduate. He was employed at General Electric in Schenectady, NY, for 27 years. In his spare time, John enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and bird watching. Most importantly, he loved to spend time with his family.
John is also survived by his son, John Hladik (Denise); grandchildren, Jacob (Kat), Rebecca (Al), Chloey Ward; great grandchild, Cameron Gray; as well as several nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, John is predeceased by his brother, James Hladik.
In keeping with his wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral services.
Interment will be in the spring at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Johnstown, NY.
Memorial contributions in John's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted the Barter & Donnan Funeral Home Inc., 1 N. Melcher Street, Johnstown, NY.
