Andy worked in the restaurant business for a number of years with his final position being head-chef at Stables Restaurant in Terre Haute. Andy had a number of interests and hobbies throughout his life but a good movie, listening to music and spending time with animals (Especially his dog Marsha and his cat Herman) were some of Andy’s favorites.

Andy’s heart was big enough for an extended family that was made up of friends and co-workers he met throughout his life, especially his friends Jennifer Madison (J.J.), Amy Shawler (Mama), his primary caregiver Michelle Criss and Brianna (Page) Orndorff.
He is preceded in death by his parents Robert Lee Isles and Sandra Sue (Rosebrock) Isles.
