John R. Janczewski, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, at his home in Rose City, Michigan. Born on November 29, 1966, in Bay City, Michigan, John's journey through life was marked by an unwavering dedication to his loved ones and a passion for the simple joys that life had to offer.

A proud graduate of Bay City Central High School in 1984, John carried the values of hard work and integrity through every aspect of his life. It was these values that led him to a successful career as an Automotive Service Manager, where he dedicated 30 years of service. His commitment to his work was second only to the love and devotion he had for his family.

John's heart found its match when he married the love of his life, Lori (Blake) Janczewski, on October 29, 1988. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, support, and unwavering companionship. The legacy of their love continued to grow with the birth of their son Cody Janczewski and daughter Stephanie (Ryan) LaVoie, and further blossomed with the arrival of their grandson, Mavric LaVoie, who brought immense joy into John's life.

John's brothers, Stephen Janczewski and Robert (Dana) Janczewski, remember him as a pillar of strength and kindness, always ready to lend a helping hand. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Janczewski, and mother, Jeanette (Sporman) Janczewski, who instilled in him the values of family and community.

Those who knew John will remember him for his loving nature, gentle spirit, and handy skills. An avid outdoorsman, John found solace in hunting, a pastime that allowed him to connect with nature and enjoy the tranquility of the wilderness. His love for working on vehicles and plowing snow demonstrated his enjoyment for life's practical endeavors and his commitment to serving others.

John's playful heart shone brightest when he was playing trucks with his grandson, Mavric, moments that both cherished deeply. His love for his dogs was profound, and they, in turn, held a special place in his heart, offering companionship and comfort throughout his life.

John's impact on the world was subtle yet profound. He lived a life that embodied the essence of love, gentleness, and handiness. His legacy will continue to live on through the lives of those he touched, the memories shared, and the stories that will be told for generations to come.

As we bid farewell to John R. Janczewski, we celebrate a life well-lived, a heart well-loved, and a man who will forever be remembered for the warmth and light he brought into our lives. He will be deeply missed, but the imprints he left on our hearts will never fade.
