A celebration of Deacon Johnson's life will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Davis Funeral Home - Bolivia, 1705 Southport Supply Rd SE, Bolivia, NC 28422. A viewing will be held one (1) hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow at Piney Grove Community Cemetery.
His love and memories will remain in the heart of his wife, Parthenia Johnson of the home; children, Sharon Blount and Sophia Blount both of Rocky Mount, La'Tarcha Johnson of Bolivia, John H. Johnson III (Utrillia) of Supply and Joneishia Johnson of Charlotte; siblings, Mary Clemmons of Bolivia, Cheryl Davis of Winnabow, June McLeod of Leland and Brian Johnson (Sharon) of Valdosta, GA, 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
