John Lucas Obituary

Mr. John Lucas was born on Sunday, April 24, 1955, in Peach County, Georgia, to Johnnie B. and Christine Lucas, who preceded him in death. He departed this life on Monday, August 18, 2025.
Mr. Lucas retired from the United States Army after 23 years of service gaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. Mr. Lucas received numerous awards during his career in the United States Army.
He is survived by his loving wife of nineteen years, Deborah Lucas, his son, Jermaine (Lareline) Lucas, daughters, Danielle James, Sherita (Bruce) Bishop, grandson, Draysen James, Marquies Wimbush, Bernard Wimbush, Jr., granddaughter, ,Vinyehe Williams, Ashanti Hardy, Nala Bishop, Natasha Bishop, Nataliya Bishop, grandson, Nysaiah, siblings, Patricia (Ricky) Jackson, Michael (Nadile) Lucas, Laurence (Geanelte) Lucas, and a host of other relatives and friends.
