John David Page, of Villa Park, Illinois, passed away in Elmhurst Hospital on November 3, 2025, after a prolonged illness, at the age of 69. He was born in Scranton, PA, in 1956 to John and Lucille Page. John graduated from Wheaton North High School before attending the University of Illinois. He found his passion in the culinary world, as Garde Manger and Chef de Partie, working at the Art Institute of Chicago, the Knickerbocker Hotel, Chicago, and the Charlie Club Hotel, Chicago just to name a few. John loved cooking & gardening and growing all sorts of plants including tending to his large vegetable & herb garden.
John was predeceased by his parents, John and Lucille. He is survived by Rita, his sister and Roger, her husband.
