It is so sad that John has left us so soon. He was a good friend and will be missed by all. I don´t think there is anyone in the village that John didn´t help at some time during his career.

Our sincerest condolences to the entire Raplee family . This is very sad news to me. I remember John giving us kids a ride from the end of Manning rd to beCh hill rd in his green 55 chevy. JOHN was a true asset to the montour falls community running the water and street dept. I'll miss John's kindness. Rest in peach John.
Michael and Cheryl Hurley.
