JACK will be missed by so many. His infectious laugh and smile, his upbeat attitude even in the face of adversity, his wonderful sense of humor are but a few of his great attributes. I will miss all of these, but most importantly I will miss his friendship; he was one of my longest and best friends. Love you, Jack!
