John Scarpulla Obituary
Upon graduating Plymouth Whitemarsh High School, John went on to Penn State University and then to Villanova University where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He was employed at Kendall Electric in Industrial Sales for the last 20 years.
John married the love of his life and best friend, Jennifer "Jeni" Rose (Peacock) and together they shared 38 years of love and 28 years of marriage. He was a devoted father to Victoria "Nina" Hickerson (Jonathan), Benjamin Fiel (Chelsea), and Anthony Scarpulla ( Brianna); devoted grandfather to Jorja Rose, Clara, Amanda "Mimi", Taylor and Piper; As well as dear brother to the late Vincent John Scarpulla, and friend to all. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
We all know John David was THAT GUY- hard working family man. He was the ultimate husband and loving son. He loved watching Saturday PSU football games with his strong spirit- WE ARE! He also loved attending concerts- we will all be banging our air guitars in his honor- Rock On! He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him, including his loving pup, Labron.
Relatives and friends are invited to John's Life Celebration on Saturday August 24, 2024 from 9:30 am to 10:20 am with his funeral mass to follow at 10:30 am at St. Paul's Church of Norristown, 2007 New Hope St. Internment will be private at a later date at the convenience of the family.
Donations in John's memory can be made to St. Paul's Sanctuary Fund at the above address. To share your fond memories of John, please visit Life Celebration by GIVNISH (www.lifecelebration.com) or call 610-277-7000. Services to the family are entrusted to Boyd-Horrox-Givnish Life Celebration Home.
