Johnathon Ralph "John" Arrowood

Johnathon "John" Ralph Arrowood, age 56, of Antigo, passed away at his home on January 2, 2026. He was born on June 16, 1969, in Antigo, the son of the late Ralph and Susan (Klemann) Arrowood. On September 25, 1993, he married Susan Hoerman at St. John's Catholic Church in Antigo.
John was a graduate of Antigo High School, Class of 1988. He was currently employed as a machinist at Enterpac in Antigo for over 30 years.
He was a man who found great joy in the outdoors-hunting, fishing, cooking fish fries, and making venison jerky. He enjoyed sampling whatever his sons had made. Some of his happiest moments were times spent at "The Shack" - the family land in Polar where everyone was always welcome. There, he planted an apple tree for every family member who had passed, creating a meaningful and living tribute. He enjoyed the land, side by side rides, his garden plots, and Miller Lite. Above all, John was someone who made sure everyone around him was cared for, and they always knew he loved them.
John will be deeply missed by his wife, Susan; sons, Nick (Molly) Arrowood of Deerbrook and Chris (Meghan) Arrowood of Oshkosh; father and mother-in-law, Carl and Eleanor Hoerman of Antigo; sister, Tammy (Craig) Westfall of Edgar; sisters-in-law, Michelle (Jason) Klaudt of Phoenix and Julie Ann Arrowood of Antigo; nephews, Camron Klaudt of Phoenix, Jacob Theilman of Wausau, and Takoda Westfall; niece and godchild, Joni Strong of Little Chute; nieces, Jenny Arrowood of Antigo and Brittany Rowe; and special cousins, Bart Arrowood of Hales Corners and Scott Arrowood of Kewaskum.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Allen Arrowood; and cousin, Todd Arrowood.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Reverend Charles Hoffmann officiating.
