Jonathan David Brown

Jonathan David Brown, age 36 of Macclenny, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Jonathan was born in Atlanta, Georgia on May 1, 1987 to Mr. John Brown and Ms. Lynette Fowler. He would spend his younger years in Georgia before moving to Baker County where he would reside for the rest of his life. Jonathan attended Baker County High School and was an extremely intelligent young man.
By all accounts, Jonathan loved everything about the water, swimming, and especially fishing. He was one who could catch a fish in a ditch. Jonathan loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews. Above all, Jonathan loved the Lord. He was passionate about ministry and leading others to Christ thru his testimony. He was also an avid Florida Gator fan.
He was survived by his beloved wife: Brandy Brown of Macclenny; parents: Lynette (Terry) Crews of Macclenny and John Brown of Alaska; stepdaughter: Alison Stewart of Macclenny; siblings: Jeremy Brown of Macclenny, Meagan (Stephen) Parker and Ethan Crews both of Glen St. Mary, and Brittany (Tim) Lindsey of Unadilla, Georgia; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Community Full Gospel Church with Pastor Tommy Richardson officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
