He is survived by his parents, Shelly and James Spillman; and brothers, Titus Isaiah, Caleb Judah, and Seth Micah.
Services will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Mortuary, 250 North Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah.
Interment will be at Clinton City Cemetery, 813 North 750 West, Clinton, Utah.
