In his adopted city, he found a love of Austin FC and cowboy boots. He made more friends. He worked as a Senior Relationship Banker at Truist. He discovered new favorite restaurants and recipes. He carefully tended his collection of plants and records. But above all else Jonathan always cherished and maintained the bonds of family and friends, no matter the distance.
To be in Jonathan's life was to know someone completely genuine and devoted. As a son, brother, uncle, cousin, grandson, nephew, and friend, he was always there to listen, cook a good meal, play the best music you had never heard, make the absolute best cocktails, he was an amazing mixologist, loved creating a mood with his wireless speakers and book light and, perhaps above all else, lived life to the fullest and added love and laughter to enrich and make this world brighter and better.
