Joe was a lifelong resident of the Stroudsburg area. He was a longtime business owner running Caruso's Garage and Excavating of Stroudsburg for many years. He was an army veteran, and he was of the Christian faith.
Joe is survived by two daughters: Rozanna Watson and her husband John of E. Stroudsburg, PA; Diane Adragna of Jacksonville, FL, grandchildren: Joseph Watson, Nicholas Adragna, Danielle Hall and Michael Watson; three great grandchildren: Robert Jr., Brooklyn, and John Joseph and a brother Roger Caruso.
Private cremation services were provided by the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360

Joe, you have made your final march down the lonely dusty trail. You are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Farewell fellow veteran.
