Visitation will be held Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Samart Funeral Home on West Park from 10:00 am until the Celebration of Life at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Bell Baptist Church Cemetery in Raceland.
He is survived by his fiancée, Wallo Ann Helen Williams; children, Jorezz Zamar Williams, Mecca Jokyrie Cooper, Pepper Cooper, Joelaya Le'asia Cooper, Jaiya Anye' Cooper, and Royalti Keloni Noel Cooper; grandchildren, Jaila Hernandez and Euro James; parents, Joseph Cooper, Sr. (Qiana) and Carolyn Brown; brother, Devon Randall; sisters, Gustavia Cooper, Jazzy Cooper, Ashley Williamson; four step-sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Thomas Charles Brown and Aldonia "Cal" Brown; paternal grandparents, Charles Cooper, Sr. and Bertha R. Cooper; uncles, Darrel Mathieu and Micheal Williams; and aunt, Carrie Poindexter.
