On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, Joseph M. "Joe" King, age 73, of Dormont, passed away unexpectedly. Beloved son of the late Donald H. and Pat (Regan) King; loving husband of 32 years to Pam (Meyer) King; father of Tim (Virginia) King, Kristie (Aaron) Heiston and Briane (Jon) Larkin; grandfather of Kelly, Megan, Leigha, Autumn, Jasmine, Tristen and Emily; brother of Patty (the late Jeff) Ware, Tim (Laurie) King, Karen King Leiper, and the late Donald King; brother-in-law of Kim (the late Ron) Vrana and the late Debbie (survived by David) Alfred; uncle of Travis, Rachel, Katie and Alex. Joe was a US Air Force veteran and reservist, who upon completing his service became a letter carrier for USPS while earning his degree from RMU. He was known for his handiwork and ability to fix anything. Friends received Friday, October 24, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the GRIFFITH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5636 Brownsville Road, (at 6th St.) South Park Twp. (412) 655-4600, where a service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered for the family at www.GriffithFH.com
