Born April 5, 1995, he was the son of Russell and Debbie (Spellane) Libengood of Clarksburg.
Joey was a 2013 graduate of Saltsburg Area High School.
He enjoyed motorcross racing and was a member of the American Motorcross Association. Joey was always ready for an adventure and loved watching movies and TV series. He will be remembered for his caring nature, generosity, and willingness to help anyone in need.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph Spellane, and grandparents, Ralph and Mary Lou Libengood.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandmother, Jessie C. Spellane of Clarksburg; uncle, Vince J. (Lisa Flickinger) Spellane of Saltsburg; cousin, Brandon M. Bendis of Jeanette; best friend, Dora; his buddy, Cooper; and many other family members and friends.
At the request of the family, all services are private, and have been entrusted to the Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Saltsburg. Private interment at the convenience of the family at Iselin Cemetery, Iselin.
