Nicholas A. "Nick" DeLuca, 76, of Saltsburg, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026.

Born November 17, 1949 in Latrobe, he was a son of the late Angelo J. DeLuca and Theresa A. (Collela) DeLuca.

Nick was a 1967 graduate of Saltsburg High School and attended IUP for two years. He worked as a Foreman for Norfolk & Southern for 45 years, retiring in 2016.

Nick was a member of St. Matthew's Roman Catholic Church in Saltsburg, and belonged to the Mannitto Golf Club, the Saltsburg Sportsmen Club, and the Kiski Township Sportsmen's Club.

Nick loved golfing, hunting, archery hunting, gardening and yard work. He was an avid fan of the Penguins, Steelers, and Penn State Nittany Lions. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, as well as his friends at Mannitto.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Ralph Doran.

Nick is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda D. (McMillen) DeLuca; daughters, Nickie (Dan Higgs) Doran of Saltsburg, Tammy (Rob Graft) Barton of Irwin; siblings, Joseph (Maureen) DeLuca of Florida, Anita (Gary) Wylie of Saltsburg, Caroline Curran of Saltsburg; as well as nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 701 Salt St., Saltsburg. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Rosello Melloria officiating. Interment will follow in St. Matthew's Cemetery, Saltsburg.
