Preceded in death by his mother Dolores Mercier, brothers Randy Sowers and Wayne Mercier, and sister Diane Staten.
Survived by life partner, Victoria "Vicky" Laney; daughters Shalimar (David) Cook, and LeAndra Mercier; grandchildren Kenzie Street, Lacey Straits, Dawson Cook, Carson Cook, and Madelyn Fox; great-grandson, Enzo Eugene Street; father, Joseph Eugene Mercier Sr.; brother, Terry (Connie) Sowers; many nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of dear friends. He was loved by all.
A celebration of life will be announced later. In the meantime, private arrangements for the family are being handled by COOK & SON - PALLAY FUNERAL HOME.
