Joey is survived by his brothers, Tim Vaughn of Rome, NY, Ken Vaughn, of Taberg, NY, Chuck Premo of Boonville, NY, Bob Premo of Rome, NY, and Jon Premo of Albany, NY., and his sisters, Darlene (William) Mumford of Seneca Falls, Joann Griswold of Waterloo, NY, and Sara (Kevin) Stottlar of Virginia; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Joey's family would like to thank the staff at Joey's IRA House in Rome for all of their wonderful care.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 9th at 2:00 p.m. at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome. Interment will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Thursday prior to the service from 12-2:00 p.m. Contributions Joey's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Down's Syndrome Assoc., or the American Heart Assoc.
