Joe ; One of the nicest people I have ever known.
We are all fortunate to have been a part of his life.

Ursie and I are very sad to learn of Joe's passing. Joe cherished life and fought dearly to live with "his one and only" dear wife Joan as father, grandfather, brother, and close friend. Our parents were the best of friends as Joe and I "grew up" together at St Valentines, Lincoln HS and as roommates at Penn State; when Joe and Joan first met. While often "world's away", our close relation has endured for over 70 years. Our buddy will be sorely missed

Dave and I were so very, very sorry and shocked to hear of Joe's passing. When I think of our relationship, it is of us sharing a duplex home in Sea Isle for many years. What a great neighbor he was, always with a huge smile and caring words, daily during the summer months. We know he will be sorely missed by his family and friends. Joe was a very friendly and caring man. Our hearts go out to all of you.
