Joseph Robert Teston, 77, of Hillsborough, NC passed away peacefully at Duke Hospice on March 5th, 2024 surrounded by his family.
He was a licensed electrician, who owned his own company. He loved going to estate auctions, and the Raleigh flea market, looking for antiques. He was very interested in history, and WW2 because his father and brother were both in the military. Playing the guitar for his family was one of his favorite hobbies.
He is preceded in death by his parents Lester Teston Sr. and Virginia Bateman Teston. His brother Lester Teston Jr., and his niece Michelle Hickman.
He is survived by his spouse of 59 years Joyce J Teston. Sons Joseph Teston Jr., and Benjamin Teston. Daughter Laura Pfaff. Nephew Duane Teston. Grandchildren Gena Hope, Elizabeth Teston, and Joseph McFarland. Great grandchildren Fionna Hope, Isla Hope, Rowan Hope, Aubrey McFarland, and Tristan McFarland.
