88, entered into eternal life at her home in Cranston on October 15, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She left us peacefully holding our hands, and God took her with Him. Josephine was a gentle woman, and everyone that met her fell in love. Always with a smile on her face and a kind word to share, anyone that met her instantly became a friend.
Josephine was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Iozzi for 55 years. Born in Marseille, France, she later moved to Formia, Italy at an early age. She was the daughter of the late Domenico and Erminia Termale. She is survived by her loving daughters, Rita Iozzi of Cranston, with whom she resided, and Anne Marie Rodi and her husband Robert of Chepachet. Josephine was the cherished grandmother of Erica and Kristin Rodi, and great-grandmother of Mia Rodi. She was the beloved sister of Renato Termale and his late wife Margherita. She was predeceased by her brothers Giovanni and Alfredo Termale, as well as her sister Maria Lombardi. Josephine also leaves behind her sister-in-law Eva Termale and many beloved nephews and nieces.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday at 10:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in Holy Ghost Church, Atwells Ave., Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on WEDNESDAY MORNING from 9:00 – 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Hope Alzheimers Center, 25 Brayton Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920.
