A visitation will be held on November 10, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, located at 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, OH. A memorial service will be held on November 12, 2023, at 3:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church, located at 106 Perry Street, Pemberville, OH.
Joshua attended Eastwood High School. He worked for Mindful Behavior Care.
In honor of Joshua Flipse's memory, donations can be made to benefit the toy and playground equipment fund at Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center or Mindful Behavioral Care LLC, c/o of the family of Joshua Flipse.
