Josh was born on July 12th, 1977 in Ellwood City the son of Patricia Ann (Hill) Werling. He had graduated from Lawrence County Vocational Technical School where he studied graphic art with the class of 1995. For the past 17 years Josh has worked for American Industries in Sharon as a plant manager specializing in quality and safety. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, cooking, and watching movies and TV, He also loved music and his kids.
He is survived by his mother Patricia, sons Anthony Michael Hill, Julius Alexander Hill, and Joshua Troy Hill all of New Castle, step-son Casey Joseph Stamp of Los Angeles, CA, step-daughter Sarah Marie Stamp of Warren, OH, and his sister Ashley Elizabeth (Aaron Cutler) Burnell of New Castle. He is also survived by his best friend Arty Wagner.
Josh was preceded in death by his grandmother Wilma Etta (Brown) Hill.
Family and friends will be received on Friday from 4:00 pm until the time of the service at 5:00 pm at the Lillyville Church of God with Pastor Dennis Arndt officiating. Interment will follow at the Lillyville Church of God Cemetery. The funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc..
Memorial contributions in Josh's name may be made to; American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, ASPCA.
