Joyce Ann Eades

Joyce Ann (White) Eades, 75-year-old Vinita resident, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa. She was born on July 6, 1950, in Vinita to Elmer Leroy White and Wanda Evelyn (Kennedy) Jinks. Joyce attended Vinita schools and later worked as a cook in many area restaurants, then began working at King Louis Manufacturing in Baxter Springs. Joyce was a very devoted mother and loved her family greatly, most of all she loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She loved taking care of her pets Lady and Elvis, spending time in the outdoors, camping, sitting by the water at her favorite place Spavinaw Lake, listening to good music (Elvis), hot rodding and listening to her exhaust pipes rattle when she revved her motor. She also enjoyed playing cards, board games, doing puzzles, and cooking for her family and friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents; two husbands, Millard Allensworth, and Dennis Eades; a brother Alvin Davis and a sister Leta Samples McConnel.
The family includes her children, Kevin Allensworth and wife Charlene of Langley, Cecil Eades and wife Amanda of Vinita, Tammy Huff and husband Shannon of Van Buren, Arkansas, step-daughter, Toni Conway and husband Tony of Peggs; siblings, Leroy White, Lacey Samples, John White, D. J. Jinks, John Jinks, Bob Jinks, Steven Jinks, Mary Bailey, June Cauthen, Jane McCombs, Cindy Jones; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family asks that friends give local food pantries.
The celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Family Community Church in Langley, Pastor Dan Miller will officiate.
