Joyce Hosie Obituary

Joyce married Robert Hosie on December 20 1959 and to this union three children were born, sons James and Timothy Hosie, and daughter Cindy Hosie. Joyce worked several places in her life. The longest was for Duckwall-Alco and the most recent was at the Brown Memorial Home.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert, and her son James as well as her brother Harold Provance and granddaughter Samantha Hosie. Joyce is survived by her Son Tim Hosie of rural Abilene, Daughter Cindy Middleton Schlesener of Herington and 4 grandchildren as well as 14 great grandchildren.
Memorial services for Joyce will be held Saturday December 7th at 1:00 p.m. at the Danner Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Newbern Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Joyce's name to the Dickinson County Historical Society and may be sent to Danner Funeral Home 501 N. Buckeye Abilene, Kansas 67410
