Joyce Ann Robison (Donohue), of
Canton, Ohio, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on December 27, 2025, surrounded by the love she so freely gave throughout her life. Born on September 17, 1943, Joyce was deeply proud of her roots, having grown up in her beloved hometown of
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. That pride stayed with her always and was often shared through stories, laughter, and memories of her early years.
Joyce lived a life defined by faith, devotion, and genuine kindness. For more than 30 years, she faithfully served her community as a waitress at Bob Evans, where she was known not just for her strong work ethic, but for her warm smile, caring heart, and the way she made everyone feel welcome. Over the years, Joyce formed countless lifelong friendships through her church family and her many years at Bob Evans-relationships she cherished deeply.
Above all else, Joyce was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. Her family was the center of her world, and she poured her heart into caring for them with grace, patience, and unconditional love. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, John and Anna Donohue, whom she missed dearly.
Joyce leaves behind a legacy of love and faith through those who survive her: her loving and devoted husband of 27 years, Rex Robison; her children, son Jack Faas, daughter Diane (Don) Fusselman, and son Dan August; her cherished grandchildren, John (Mike), Michael, Zac, Weston (Alexa), Amber (Andrew), and Morgan; and her precious great-grandchildren, Jack, Hallie, Easton, and Sienna, who brought her endless joy. She is also survived by her stepchildren, Kathy, Josh (Andrea), and Matt, whom she loved as her own.
Joyce found great joy in simple pleasures. She loved doing crafts, especially latch-hook projects and ceramics, and took pride in creating things with her hands-each piece made with care and patience, much like the way she lived her life. Those who knew Joyce will forever remember her sweet spirit, gentle presence, and infectious giggle that could brighten any room and lift any heart.
Though our hearts are heavy with her passing, we rejoice in the comfort of knowing that Joyce is now in heaven-whole and restored-walking and dancing again in the presence of her Savior.
