Joyce Vaughan

Mrs. Joyce Fay McClain Vaughan, age 78, of Waco, GA, passed away November 4, 2024. She was born March 11, 1946 in Bowdon, GA to the late A.H. McClain and Nettie Kilgore McClain. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Lloyd Vaughan; daughters, Connie Lou Vaughan and April Vaughan; son, Bill Vaughan; four grandchildren; sisters, Floyce Holtzclaw and Avis Albright; and brothers, Robert McClain and Hubert McClain.
Joyce is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Wanda and Gene Reese, of Tallapoosa, GA and Bonnie and Bobby Driver, of Bremen, GA; sons and daughters in law, William and Jennifer Vaughan, of Tallapoosa, Donald Vaughan, of Waco, Ronald and Becky Vaughan, of Bremen, and Jimmy and Tammy Vaughan, of Vidalia, GA; 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; and sister, Nancy Hood.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 3:00PM in the Miller Funeral Home Dogwood Chapel with Rev. Bobby Driver officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday beginning at 1:00PM. Following the funeral service, Aquamation services will be provided by Miller Funeral Home.
